Chefs Jodi & Antonio Perez, along with the staff of Provisions, share almost 20 years of catering & culinary experience creating fantastic, flavorful cuisine, pleasing to both the eyes & palate.  Cooking and training in Atlanta, Chicago, Boston, Los Angeles, Miami and Mexico City have given us the confidence to provide exactly the right dishes for your special event, quick lunch or leisurely dinner. From your favorite Southern comfort foods to inspired international flavors, food is our passion!

Provisions Coastal Catering was established in 2005 when we relocated to Port St. Joe from Miami, Florida.  We started out in a tiny 400 square foot kitchen with a take out window selling our now famous salads, sandwiches and daily Aqua Plate Specials.  Since then we have moved to our new restaurant on Williams Avenue where we can offer expanded Lunch and Dinner Menus and your choice of seating in our main dining room, shaded patio or private meeting room.   

Our mission is to consistently serve fresh, high quality, culturally diverse and beautifully prepared food for your enjoyment.  From Pensacola to St George Island we accommodate events for up to 500 guests, or intimate dinners just for two.  Our dedication to details and culinary versatility sets us apart from our competition.  We are proud of the reputation we have earned and work diligently to ensure that every event exceeds expectations. 

In March of 2007 we were honored as the 2006 Business of the Year by the Gulf County Chamber of Commerce.  We are very, very thankful for all our patrons who have helped us build our business.
